Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be available for:

For hygiene and safety reasons, socks, underwear, and other intimate apparel that have been worn, washed, used, or removed from protective hygiene packaging are generally not eligible for discretionary refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within seven days of delivery.

Refund Processing
Once a refund has been approved, it will normally be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, or sooner where required by law.
Additional time may be required for your bank or payment provider to reflect the funds.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for discretionary returns unless the refund results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.
